Joe Frigo’s journey to founding Ribbiot is anything but typical. With a background in the U.S. Marine Corps, followed by years working in construction management, mechanical engineering, and technology development, Joe has firsthand experience with the frustrations of outdated resource management systems. He saw inefficiencies in physical operations that hurt productivity, compromised safety, and drained resources. His vision for Ribbiot was born out of these experiences; frustrated by paper-based processes and a lack of real-time visibility, Joe founded Ribbiot in 2021 to fill this critical gap.
